SBCs can be hosted in our cloud or on your premises, depending on your specific business needs. We can offer full support with either option.

- Connecting and configuring a variety of SBCs including audio codes to your Microsoft phone system
- Connecting your SBC to almost any telephony trunk
- Connecting third-party PSTN equipment if required
- Configuring interoperability between your telephony equipment, such as third party PBXs, or analogue devices, and your Microsoft Teams Direct Routing platform
- Identifying the requirement and procuring the correct hardware/software required
