Challenge:
Following the successful launch of the Lumen Microsoft Unified Communications proposition, there was a desire to enhance the customer experience. It was recognised that additional value could be provided to the customer and delivery teams with deeper insights into the customer’s legacy estate. This intelligence could really help optimise the deployment.
While the Lumen team had a strong heritage in managing voice estates with existing deployments spanning Cisco, Mitel and Avaya, they had less experience with Microsoft.
Solution:
Resonate were selected to provide this expertise through the Endpoint Mapping methodology. This is a process designed to help customers migrate from the out-going PBX voice environment to Microsoft Teams and decommission the legacy equipment with total confidence that all use cases are catered for in the new solution.
