Problem
Resonate were approached by a branch of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers to deliver an increase in personal productivity of their user base. Three areas were highlighted; demonstrating the value of UCC platforms to their users, delivering a tailored training campaign and increasing user adoption of their existing Skype for Business product.
Solution
To address the task, Resonate created a tailored three step Business Readiness Campaign that spanned thefollowing stages:
- LEARN – We engaged the business, identified business champions and developed customised reference material specific to their needs.
- PREPARE – We then ran an awareness campaign so users could see how UCC can help in specific situations and developed a practical training experience.
- IMPLEMENT & MONITOR – Resonate delivered assets, monitored campaign engagement and provided support ensuring an increase in adoption.
Results
Post campaign, our customer was able to run a full training programme across 6 sites in 2 continents to its’ 5,000 strong workforce. The results spoke for themselves, our customer was able to demonstrate a 90% approval rating in training accessibility and value and encourage its’ users to adopt UCC as a platform.
