Problem
Our customer had old telephone PBX systems installed in multiple global locations and wanted to migrate the users of these systems to a Skype for Business environment. They came to Resonate to map the functionality differences between the two systems and provide a clear and concise action plan.
Solution
With the relevant information provided by the customer, Resonate were able to map existing PBX connections and voice functionality to their equivalent Skype for Business features and end points.
Results
The end point and functionality mappings for the customer locations in scope where provided to the customer and the service provider of the hosted Skype for Business solution. This information was used to quickly and efficiently create the design of the SFB solution, supporting a successful migration from PBX to Skype for Business.
